Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world.

For orders being placed outside Canada and the US, please email shop@johannabrierley.com for shipping options and rates.

Can you expedite shipping?

Overnight shipping is available at an additional cost.

Please contact us before placing your order if you need an item by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

When your order is placed, you will receive an order summary and confirmation email to the address provided.

When the order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Please note that when the free untracked shipping option is selected, your order will not include a tracking number and your order will be mailed with a stamp.

Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. 


Do you accept custom design orders?

Yes! See our Custom Jewellery page for more information on ordering a custom JBJD piece. Please note custom design orders are final sale.


Can I return or exchange my piece? 

Please note all custom and sale pieces are a final sale.

How do I care for my jewellery?

See our Materials & Care for information and instructions on how to care for your JBJD jewellery. We offer foam jewellery cleaner that comes with a toothbrush to clean your JBJD jewellery. You can buy it within Canada online here.


What materials do you work with?

All JBJD pieces are handmade using quality materials. Our silver pieces are sterling silver. Our gold pieces are made from Fairmined gold from South American mines and artisinal small mines (ASM). We also work with post-consumer diamonds and responsibly-sourced gemstones. We do not plate our work. All diamonds are fully faceted, SI to VS clarity unless otherwise indicated. See Materials & Care for more information.


Can I order a single earring?

Yes! The charge for a single earring is half of the retail price.

To order, please email shop@johannabrierley.com.

If we are replacing a lost earring, please include a photograph of the earring you still have so we can make a suitable match.
