Shipping Information

Each JBJD piece is handmade. As a result, not all pieces ordered online are available to ship out immediately.

If you need a specific item for a certain date, please contact us at shop@johannabrierley.com before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request.

Otherwise, please allow 3-4 weeks from date of order to date of shipping.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Shipping Rates

Please note our shipping rates are determined by Canada Post and will be calculated at checkout. We also offer free untracked shipping.

Overnight FedEx, Purolator or UPS is available upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at shop@johannabrierley.com before shipping back items. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance. Please contact us at shop@johannabrierley.com to obtain our shipping address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There are no exchanges or returns on custom or sale items. There are no refunds on shipping costs.
